You can sign up by visiting our spa or contacting us at injectormo@gmail.com or 410-929-3196. Our team will guide you through the process and answer any questions. All memberships require a $200 initiation fee to start.

Yes, memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. After this period, you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who signed up.

Discounts apply only during an active membership. Neurotoxin units must be used within the designated timeframe and do not roll over.

If you need to cancel before the 12-month commitment, an early termination fee may apply. After 12 months, you can cancel with a 30-day notice.
